2 (10 ounce each) Packs Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 Cup Cooked Rice
1 Onion (sweet or yellow)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (12 ounce) Can Evaporated Milk
1 (16 ounce) Block of Velveeta Cheese (chopped into small cubes)
1 Stick of Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Follow recipe on box for cooking rice. Cook frozen broccoli by following directions on the box. Cook and drain broccoli. Melt butter and cheese in a sauce pan, stirring occasionally until all is melted. Add milk and soup, stir until well combined. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 13x9 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
