1 pound ground pork sausage

1 tbsp mustard powder

White Pepper and Black pepper

8-10 eggs, beaten

3 cups milk

Half a bakery loaf of bread, torn into pieces. Dried out

8 ounces mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cut up Green pepper, red pepper, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, baby spinach etc. Can be added if you like

Crumble sausage into a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown; drain.

In a medium bowl, mix together mustard powder, pepper, eggs and milk.

Add the sausage, bread cubes, and cheese and stir to coat evenly.

Mix in any veggies you have

Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Cover, and bake 50 minutes. Uncover, and reduce temperature to 325 degrees

Bake for an additional 20- 30 minutes, or until set.
