"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Elephant garlic

Mayonnaise

Throw it all in the blender and you're done.

About the measurements, it depends on how much you want. If you use a couple of cups of buttermilk, you'll need about a cup of mayo. I probably use less than a whole bunch of parsley, but I do use a lot---that's how you get the great green color. Elephant garlic is so big probably one clove is enough. I've also used some rice wine vinegar to thin it out if needed. Ditto salt and pepper. A pinch or two of dry mustard wouldn't hurt, either.   This stuff had plenty of punch!
