8 ozs. Cream cheese, softened
3 T. melted butter, divided
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
1/2 c. green onions
1 T. dried bell peppers
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
2 T. milk
8 oz can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/4 cup crushed seasoned croutons
1 T. fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Put bell pepper and milk in a cup to dehydrate. In a medium bowl blend cream cheese and 2 T. butter until smooth. Add chicken, onions, seasonings and milk mixture. Divide triangles into 2, leaving each with 3 points. Spoon mixture onto each triangle. Pull points up to the center and pinch making a package. Brush tops with remaining butter. Sprinkle croutons over top of butter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet & bake for 20-25 minutes. Can make them ahead, refrigerate and bake when needed.
