Clean a bunch of small littlenecks or small clams, sauté in lots of garlic and olive oil and maybe a dash of white wine. When done add a small amount of cilantro. I am not sure this is how it was done but it tasted like it was made this way. It was excellent!

I ate these clams while in Cascais, Portugal summer 2007 after visiting with my dear friend Andrew and touring that part of Portugal. Wonderful trip and food.
