Fireball Fudge Recipe

2 11oz. bags of Ghirardelli White Chocolate chips
1 14oz. can condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2/3 cup Fireball Whiskey (or less)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8x8 pan and line the pan with parchment paper.
Use a water bath with 2 pans. Add chocolate and butter to begin melting. Add the remaining ingredients except for the food coloring. Continually stir until smooth. Remove 1/4 cup of the fudge and add the red food coloring. Set aside. Add the pecans to the remaining fudge and pour into the parchment lined pan. Drizzle with the red fudge mixture. Chill for 2 hours and enjoy.

I found this recipe on facebook and tweeked it a bit, served it at Christmas and everyone loved it.
