Directions:
Rinse chicken with cold water and dry with a paper towel. Place chicken on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, lightly score (cut slits) chicken breasts on both sides. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil. Spray foil with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. measure out 1/4 cup honey. (A tip is to spray the measuring cup with nonstick vegetable cooking spray so that the honey will come out easier.) In a small bowl, stir together vinegar and dry mustard. Add honey, Dijon-style mustard, and oregano. Mix well. Place chicken in prepared pan,. Brush chicken with half of honey mustard sauce. Bake, turning once and brushing with remaining sauce, until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 30 minutes. Place chicken on a serving platter and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It's important to make sure the poultry is thoroughly cooked. To check for doneness on chicken breasts, use a meat thermometer and insert it horizontally into center of the breast. The thermometer should read about 180 degrees. ***This honey mustard sauce makes a great dipping sauce for nuggets and tenders!***
