Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Hamburger
Onion - finely chopped (or onion flakes)
Ketchup
Salt & Pepper
Cinnamon

Optional: Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together. Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste.
Drain off grease.
Add ketchup to desired consistency.
Add sprinkle of cinnamon to taste

(I add a little steak seasoning to mine just to ramp up flavor)

Serve on hamburger buns

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
There are no specific quantities - just figure about 4-6 servings per pound of hamburger. Mom just "eyeballed" the ketchup to make it moist but not too sloppy. Cinnamon should be added a little at a time so it does not get too much in there and overpower it.
Best Sloppy Joe's ever!!
