1 Tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Mirin (I never have so don't use and still love it)
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sesame oil
Dash of salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Flank Steak against the grain into thin slices. Mix all ingredients together in bag, add steak and marinate for at least an hour, can be overnight, also can be frozen and let marinate as you unthaw it. Cook on grill to desired taste.
