1 pkg german chocolate cake mix w/pudding
1 (14oz) bag caramels
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 milk chocolate chips (not semi-sweet)
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as on box. Spoon 1/2 batter in a grease and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes(cake will not test done).

Combine caramels, margarine and milk in a pan. Cook on low heat, stirring until caramels melt. Spread over cake then sprinkle with nuts and chips over caramel. Spread rest of cake batter over top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
