75gm macadamia nuts
50gm almonds
25gm sesame seeds
10gm chia seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 gram saffron (optional and expensive but special) crushed.

Gently dry fry the macadamias and almonds, allow to cool, then chop finely as possible but leave a variation in size for textures. Likewise with the sesame seeds. When all cooled off add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, test for taste and adjust if necessary. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
