1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Burgundy or dry red wine
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, mix all ingredients together, mixing well. Allow 1 - 1 1/2 c. of marinade for 2 lbs of steak.

Use a non-metallic container only. Turn occasionally for even tenderizing and flavor.
Marinate steaks for 2 - 3 hours or overnight depending on the quality of meat (tender steaks need less time in marinade). To cook, remove meat from marinade and broil on grill.
