6 slices French bread (3/4 inch thick)
1/4 c. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
Parsley or Basil, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Make this just before you are about to eat dinner.

Preheat the broiler.

Mix the olive oil and minced garlic. Drizzle evenly over one side of the bread slices.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil.

Place under the broiler and watch constantly until golden brown. It will burn easily so must watch it carefully.
