Ingredients:  
1½ lbs. skirt steak
2 tsp. oil

Steak Seasoning:
5 tsp. chili powder
1½ tsp. ground cumin
1½ tsp. dried organo
salt & pepper

Spicy Green Salsa:
1/2 c. cilantro leaves
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. minced pickled jalapeño chilies
3 T. olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine steak seasonings and sprinkle over skirt steak. Drizzle with 2 tsp. oil.

Heat grill to high. Cook for 4 - 6 minutes.

Combine salsa ingredients.

Slice meat, top with salsa and serve.
