6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup boiling water
4 eggs, separated
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate in blender. Dip 1/3 cup measure into pot of boiling water and immediately pour over chocolate. cover blender and turn on high speed for several seconds. Turn blender off and scrape down sides with a spatula. Blend again for several seconds.
Add cinnamon and egg yolks and blend, scrape down and blend again. While blending, add the egg whites. Blend a full minute or so, stopping once to scrape down sides.
When completely smooth, turn off blender and pour into dessert cups. Chill at least one hour. Serve with whipped cream.
