26 oz can of drained yams
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1/4 cup Karo light syrup
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until fluffy one 26 oz. can of drained yams, with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind, 2 tablespoons melted margarine and 1/4 cup Karo light syrup. Chill if necessary, until firm enough to roll into balls. Roll in 1/2 cup flaked coconut. Bake in greased baking dish in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
