Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup whole pecans

Carmel Layer
2/3 cups butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix crust ingredients with mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pat firmly into 9x13 ungreased pan and sprinkle with nuts over top. Prepare caramel mix and pour over pecans and crust. (Combine brown sugar and butter and cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 2 or 3 minutes after it reaches a boil.) Place in center of oven and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes--remove immediately and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Swirl slightly--cool completely and cut into squares.
