9 Twinkies, sliced cream side up in dish
2 cups chocolate chips
5 tablespoon water
6 eggs, separated
5 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks in chocolate chips till all are melted. Beat egg white and fold in with chocolate chip mixture. Put on top of Twinkies. Cover with 8 oz cool whip, nuts on top. Put in refrigerator. Serve 2 hours later.

Variations: you can put cream cheese mixture over Twinkies first ( 8 oz cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar), before chocolate or you can add a cup of coconut to your chocolate.

Or 1 can of blue berry pie filling mix or your choice on top of cream cheese ending with cool whip and nuts.
