Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 C water
2 T tapioca
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2# - 1 1/2# beef stew meat, cubed
4 med carrots, 1" cubes
3 med potatoes, cubes
2 celery ribs, chunks
1 med onion, chunks

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine tomatoes, water, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper. Add rest and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9x13" pan or 3 quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 375 for 1 3/4 to 2 hours until meat and vegetables are tender.
