1 1/4 lb. uncooked Italian Turkey Sausage
1 onion (about 1/2 lb), chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. dried Lasagna noodles
2 cups chicken broth
1 15oz can diced Tomatoes
1 8oz can Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 cup (4 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded

º Remove and discard sausage casing.

º In a 4-5 quart pan over high heat, combine sausage, onion and garlic. Break meat up into small pieces, Stir often until browned about 15 minutes.

º Meanwhile break the lasagna into 2-3 pieces.

º To pan, add 2 cups water, broth, tomato (with juice), tomato sauce, basil, oregano and lasagna.

º Boil, stirring often until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes.

º Add cheese on top of each serving.
