2 pkgs (3-oz each) or 1 pkg (6 oz) orange Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain oranges, measuring syrup; add water to make one cup. Add to gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in sherbet and mandarin oranges. Pour into a 1-quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold.

NOTE: If desired, substitute 1 cup cold water for the syrup mixture and 1 cup drained, diced fresh orange sections for the mandarin oranges.
