2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 stick butter
3 1/2 T. cocoa
1 C. water
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs

Icing:
1 stick butter
6 T. milk
3 1/2 T. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add next four ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

2. Pour over flour and sugar and add the next three ingredients.

3. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 F for 22 minutes.

Icing;
1. Mix in a sauce pan and bring to a boil the first three ingredients. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla.

2. Ice cake and top with pecans.
