1 - 1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 T. butter
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 clove garlic -or- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 C. mushrooms
1 C. beef bouillon
1 can mushroom soup
1 C. sour cream
2 T. or more sherry to taste

Directions:

1. Roll cut up meat (1/4" strips - pounded) in flour, salt and add some tenderizer.

2. Brown quickly in butter.

3. Add onions, mushrooms and garlic. Let cook together for 5 - 10 minutes.

4. Add bouillon (1/2 cup at first) then mushroom soup. Let cook for 3 minutes.

5. Before serving, add sour cream and sherry. If too thick, add other 1/2 cup bouillon.

6. Cool slightly. Serve over 1/2" wide noodles.
