1/4 Cup Zesty Italian Dressing for stuffing, plus 2 Tbsp.
1/4 Cup chopped fresh basil, or 1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 Tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 Cup fresh bread crumbs
4 Whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts(about 2 lbs.), halved

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/4 cup Italian dressing, basil, cheese and pepper; blend well. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix spinach and bread crumbs, add dressing mix and mix well.
Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish.
Make deep, approximately 3-inch cuts into chicken breasts to form a pocket. Stuff breasts with spinach mixture. Use additional Italian dressing to coat the stuffed chicken breasts.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 45-50 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
