1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix. ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into balls and brown in oil in large frying pan. When meatballs are browned, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour at least. Serve over rice.
