4 Thick cut bacon slices
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c mayonnaise
6 T buttermilk
2 T chopped fresh chives
3 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 c chopped tomato
6 cups chopped kale
1/4 c thinly sliced red onion
14 c thinly sliced radishes

Buttermilk Dressing
Whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, chives, salt, pepper and vinegar together. Stir in 2 finely chopped hard boiled eggs.

Salad
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Reserve drippings.Combine chopped tomato and bacon drippings.Toss kale with dressing and divide into 4 bowls. Top each salad with bacon, tomatoes, red onion and radishes. Finish with the two remaining hard cooked eggs, sliced.
