3 fryers or 1 fat hen
2 large onions, chopped
1 stalk celery
2 pones corn bread (9” X 11” cake pan)
˝ pound crackers
8 boiled eggs
1 stick oleo
1 or 2 cans jellied cranberry sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Boil chicken. (Should have plenty of broth) Chop onions and celery and sauté them in skillet using one stick oleo. Crumble up your corn break and crackers in a large brown or in a dishpan. (The dishpan works better as this makes a lot of dressing.) Add boiled eggs and broth from your chicken. Mix all of these ingredients and pour into a large roaster pan. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown. Serve cranberry sauce with dressing.
