1 lb cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teas Dijon mustard
1 teas worchestershire sauce
1 teas Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbls lemon juice
1 teas garlic powder

Some like to add pasta to shrimp salad, cook elbow macaroni in water with 1 cube of chicken bouillon.
1-2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
1 sm jar of pimento, drained
3-4 Tbls dill relish

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon mustard, worchestershire Old Bay, lemon juice and garlic powder together. Add shrimp to sauce and mix well. (if adding pasta to your shrimp salad, you may need more of the sauce to cover.) Add chopped celery, onions, pimento and dill relish. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaves with saltine crackers.
