Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 large jars Randall’s white beans
1 c. (approximately) brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until it’s about half done. Remove and cook the onion in the rendered bacon fat until they are soft and translucent.
Drain one jar of the beans and place in a 9”x13” baking pan. Scatter half of the semi-cooked bacon pieces even over beans, then followed by the onions. Add the second jar of beans, along with most of the juice, evenly over the first layer. Add the rest of the bacon, sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top, adding more if you like your beans sweeter. Stir very lightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
