Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shortening -- 1/2 oleo, 1/2 Crisco
3 eggs beaten

FILLING:

2 cartons cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
2 T sour cream
2 T tapioca
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in shortening as for pie. Add beaten egg yolks. Divide dough in half to form 2 balls. Roll out on floured board to fit 9x13x2 greasted pan. Cover bottom of pan. Bring side of dough up to edge.

Pour in filling spreading evenly. Place other layer of dough on top. When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and cut in squares. Can also be cooked on cookie sheet.

325º about 1 hour.
