2 packages knox unflavored gelatin
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 can angel flake coconut
1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple
1 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
4 packages dream whip
1 large size angel food cake

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in 4 tbsp cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir till dissolved. Add sugar, pineapple jice, salt, and lemon juice. Cool then add prepared dream whip (2 packages) and crushed pineapple. Crumble cake to cover bottom of pan (13X9). Pour mixture over cake. Put another layer of cake on top of this. Prepare dream whip and spread over top, then cover with coconut.

Do NOT let cake sit without covering after it is crumbled, as it dries out very fast and becomes hard.
