1 lg. round unsliced loaf bread
Butter, melted
Garlic, minced
1/4 cup salsa
8 oz. soften cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
6 oz. (1 1/4 c.) grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º. Cut 1/4 in slice from top of bread; set aside. Remove center from bread, leaving a 1/2 " thick shell. Cut removed bread into 1" cubes. Combine butter and garlic and brush on bread cubes. Toast cubes for 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese; spoon into bread shell. Placed reserved sliced on top; wrap in foil. Bake until hot, about 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with sliced fresh vegetables and croutons.
