Baked Herb Chicken Recipe

1 (3 lb.) frying chicken
1 can mushroom soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Arrange in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Combine all ingredients together; pour over chicken. Sprinkle top of this with paprika.
Bake in 250 oven for about 2 1/2 hours.
Makes a good meal served with hot rice.
