5 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper
Wing sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400. Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Set a wire rack on top of the foil and spray with cooking spray.

2. Toss wings in a large bowl with oil, salt and pepper. Place the wings on the wire rack not touching. Bake for 30 minutes.

3. Toss the wings to coat lightly with wing sauce and return to often for 10 more minutes.

4. Toss again with wing sauce and serve with ranch dressing.

Can also be done with barbecue sauce, watch they don't burn due to the sugar in the sauce.
