3 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. slat
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 C sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
1 1/4 C vegetable oil
1 large box frozen strawberries (thawed)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, and strawberries.
Stir until all ingredients are moist.
Spoon into greased 9x5 loaf pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
