2-6 oz fiish filets (e.g. Halibut, Cod, Grouper)
3 T pine nuts or almonds, finely chopped
2T Parmesan cheese
1/4 t garlic
1 t basil pesto or basil & drizzle olive oil
1 1/2 T mayonnaise ( OK to use light)

In individual casseroles or casserole large enough for filets, lightly greased with olive oil or Pam. Place thawed, room temperature filets in prepared pan(s). Combine remaining ingredients to form paste, spread evenly on top of filets. Bake 350º 15 minutes or until filets flake or instant read thermometer registers 145º.
