1 lb asparagus, cleaned and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup water
2 chicken bullion cubes
2 tbsp butter
pepper to taste
2 tsp salt
3 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
3 - 4 tbsp flour mixed w/ water to form a paste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the asparagus and onions in the butter until the onion is soft, about 5 - 10 minutes.
Add the bullion cubes, water, salt & pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add milk & cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add flour & water paste and bring to boil.
Reduce heat immediately. Soup is ready to serve.
