2 Pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons of Garlic (minced)
2 Eggs (beaten)
4 Teaspoons Worcestershire
1 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Dry Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper


Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with your hands. Scoop out about 1 Tablespoon of meat mixture and squeeze to pack tightly. Roll the mixture between the palm of your hands to form a 1 1/2 inch ball. Arrange each meatball on a baking sheet. Bake meatballs at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Allow meatballs to cool before picking up or they will fall apart.
