1 C Walnuts Tsp. Baking Powder
4 Eggs 2 C Grated Zucchini
2 C Sugar (unpeeled)
1 C Oil C Raisins
3 C Flour 1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Salt Can Pineapple
1 Tsp. Baking Soda Nuts (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop nuts; beat eggs and sugar.

Add oil, then dry ingredients.

Add zucchini. Stir in nuts and raisins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 50 minutes.

Makes 2 loaves.
