1 cup almonds, pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 (15 count) boxes frozen phyllo shells
7 oz Brie cheese
5 tablespoons raspberry preserves ( or apricot)

Directions:

STEPS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, chop nuts, arrange shells on baking sheet.
Cut Brie into small bite size pieces, place into shell.
Top each with preserves and nuts, bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
20 minutes prep, makes 30.
