1 box shells
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 egg
1/3 cup red wine
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 32oz spaghetti sauce
1 16oz mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400
Cook shells according to box
Brown ground beef and onion; remove from heat and let cool slightly
Add breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, and mozzarella cheese
In large baking dish, add a layer of spaghetti sauce
Fill shells with mixture and place in dish
Mix red wine with the remaining spaghetti sauce
Pour over shells, covering
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake 20 - 30 minutes
