1 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 T sugar
1 egg (seperate)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt & sugar into a mixing bowl.
Beat the egg yoke.
Add milk and oil to egg

Pour into flour mixture and beat until smooth
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into above.

Bake in hot waffle iron
Serve with warm syrup.
