3 Tbsp butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milf
1 can of fruit pie filling of choice

(This recipe doubles easily)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 8" or 9" square (9x13 if double recipe) pan.
Mix together dry ingredients and gradually add milk. Stir until smooth. Spoon batter over melted butter. DO NOT stir. Pour pie filling evenly on batter with spoon.

Bake in preheated over at 350 for 60 minutes or until batter rises and slightly browns.
