10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and well chilled
1 pint sour cream
1 package Knorr Vegetable soup mix (as is)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 small onion chopped fine

Hollowed loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and chill. Fill hollowed bread.

Use carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, avacado scallops.

Hollow out a loaf of pumpernickel or rye bread (with or without seed). Use bread chunks as of food to dip.
