1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 (24 ounce) Jar Prego Spaghetti Sauce (or any brand)
2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Pound Ground Chuck Beef

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pie crust in pie plate in preheated oven until lightly brown. (Follow directions on pie crust wrapper.) Set aside. Brown ground beef until no longer pink and drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce. Spread 1/2 of ground beef mixture in the prebaked pie shell. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Pour cheese mixture on the layer of ground beef mixture. Spread remaining beef mixture on the cheese layer. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the cheese is lightly brown. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. NOTE: You can add mushrooms, olive, etc. to the sauce mixture for variation.
