2 Cups Cooked Chicken (chopped)
2 Cups Sour Cream
1 (10 3/4 ounces) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Medium Onion (chopped) (optional)
8 Flour Tortillas
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese with the first 3 ingredients, mixing well. Put 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortillas and place in casserole that has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Put any remaining chicken mixture on top of tortillas. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top and bake 5 more minutes, uncovered.
