5 to 6 pounds frying chicken cut in serving pieces
1 cup honey
1 1/2 cups wheat germ
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together wheat germ, parsley, basil, thyme, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Wash and pat dry chicken pieces. Dip each piece in honey to coat thinly and roll in wheat germ mixture. Place chicken in single layer in heavy skillet. Cook in 1/2 inch oil over medium heat, turning several times, until browned. Cover skillet and cook another 10 minutes till chicken is done.
