2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside. In a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed, mix together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Beat white sugar and brown sugar into peanut butter mixture. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat until well blended. Roll out 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flattened slightly with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets and cool on racks.
