8 slices Bacon
1 1/2 lbs Ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbls Wahoo Chili Seasoning
1 cup beer
1 cup Tomato sauce
4 Tbls Worchestershire Sauce
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
Buns, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove, pat dry and chop when it is cooled.
Add beef, salt and pepper to skillet cook 7 minutes or until browned. Stir in onion, japapeno, garlic, chili powder. Cook until onion is soft
Meanwhile, in a bowl combine beer, tomato sauce ,brown sugar, Worcestershire. Pour into skillet add bacon and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon onto the buns and serve.
