Sriracha Lime Wings Recipe

3 lb. raw chicken wings
⅓ C. Bam (Emeril's Cajun essence or other Cajun seasoning)

Sauce:
1 C. BBQ sauce
2 T. honey
1 T. Sriracha
Juice of 1 lime
Lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray (or line with foil for easy clean up). Place the chicken wings on the cookie sheet and add BAM (a bunch of it!) to both sides of the wings. Cook at 350 for 30 min. Remove from oven, baste with the sauce and turn wings over. Cook 10 more minutes. Baste and turn em again and cook em 10 more. Sprinkle with juice of lime and sprinkle with lime zest and serve.
